Refund Policy

Training Event Registration Refund & Credit Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and our goal is to make it easy for you to still benefit from our trainings.

While all training event registrations are non-refundable, participants who are unable to attend a scheduled session may request a credit to use toward a future training event of their choice.

How Training Credits Work

  • Credits may be applied to any upcoming training event offered by the San Francisco EAC, subject to availability.
  • To receive a credit, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled training date.
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the original training date.
  • Credits are issued to the original registrant and are not transferable.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Late Changes or No-Shows

If notice is provided after the cancellation deadline or if a participant does not attend without prior notice, a credit may not be available. That said, we understand unexpected situations arise and may review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Requesting a Credit

To request a training credit, please contact [email protected] with your name, the training title, and the date you were registered to attend. We’ll be happy to help you reschedule.
