President
John Nielsen is President of Inclusive Insurance. As an accomplished employee benefits and property casualty advisor, John has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industries helping organizations get the most for their insurance dollars.
Vice President
Sylvia is the Chief Human Resources Officer at San Francisco Chinese Hospital and Chinese Community Health Plan, bringing over 20 years of experience in HR within the healthcare industry. Sylvia has a deep understanding of regional, system and community hospitals.
Secretary
In charge of the day-to-day Human Resources function for an international school, with specific responsibilities in employee relations and collective bargaining, workers’ compensation, benefits, training and development, policy development, and HR compliance.
Senior HR Business Partner
An HR expert based in San Francisco, bringing over six years of progressive experience across healthcare, financial services, and education. She has built a reputation for fostering collaborative workplaces and partnering with leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
HR Consultant
An HR consultant with experience in corporate, government, non-profit, and tech settings. His strong generalist background lets him solve employee program issues and develop HR programs that meet an organization’s short- and long-term needs.
Board Member
Jill Bowers has been Director of Operations for Home Instead San Francisco since January 2018. She discovered her passion for home care in 2007 while attending San Francisco State University, when she was offered the opportunity to work as a one-on-one live-in caregiver for an elderly family friend.
Board Member
Debra Mugnani Monroe is a native San Franciscan. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in History and French from U.C. Berkeley in 1977 and a J.D. from U.C. Davis in 1981. She founded Monroe Personnel Service LLC in 1986.
Regional Managing Partner
Jason is the managing partner of Fisher Phillips’ San Francisco office, representing employers in all areas of employment law. He has extensive experience defending against FMLA, CFRA, ADEA, FEHA, and California wage and hour claims, including class actions.
