About Us
The San Francisco Employer Advisory Council (SFEAC) is a nonprofit community of employers, business owners, and HR professionals dedicated to helping organizations navigate the unique employment and compliance challenges of San Francisco and the Bay Area.
SFEAC connects employers with trusted resources, local expertise, and a collaborative community committed to workplace excellence. SFEAC operates under the group tax-exempt status of the California Employer Advisory Council (CEAC).
To educate and inform San Francisco employers on California’s evolving employment laws.
A thriving, compliant San Francisco business community where employers lead with confidence.
Education, collaboration, community, and practical guidance employers can put to work right away.
Our Story
SFEAC is San Francisco’s chapter of California’s statewide network of Employer Advisory Councils, local employer-led groups that meet regularly to stay current on labor law and share practical HR guidance.
SFEAC brings that network to San Francisco employers directly: HR leaders, business owners, and employment attorneys gathering for sessions on the laws and practices that affect their teams and their bottom line.
Our Leadership
SF EAC is led by volunteer HR leaders, employment attorneys, and business owners who work in San Francisco every day.
